FOCUS: THE CENTER POINT OF SUCCESS

Building focus is a critical factor to ensuring success. Focus entails letting go of every other option, placing one's mind on a particular plan, and ensuring that it is accomplished by all means. It requires the foregoing of distraction, putting one's central attention on a specific subject and eliminating all other outside factors or negative influences that prevent that goal's possession.

What is Focus?

Focus refers to the act or process of concentrating on only one goal, channeling all your energy or capacity towards achieving that goal, and ignoring every other form of distraction until that goal is achieved. Focus requires the elimination of the infamous “plan b’s” no matter how enticing they might seem and ensure that the objective at hand is accomplished. Focus is often characterized by success, the end result which represents the proof of increased dedication and fixed attention. 

When a lion chases a gazelle, no matter if there is a zebra to the right or a buffalo to the left, it doesn't go chasing after whatever it feels is more accessible, but remains focused on that one gazelle. Furthermore when they hunt, they hunt in groups. This means that nothing excellent or significant was ever accomplished alone by one person. There is always a helping hand along the way in your journey towards success. Nonetheless, it's that fixation and that drive that rewards at the end of the day.

Teamwork is critical for growth and success. It improves efficiency and productivity, promoting unity, synergy, and diverse opportunities. They ensure that all steps taken are accomplished faster and with better quality end results. A focused team can never run out of ideas to achieve goals.
