Overstanding Karma

THE BRINGER OF COSMIC JUSTICE

Life has a way of surprising us with twists and turns, and sometimes it feels like we're caught in a never-ending cycle of ups and downs. Perhaps you've come across the saying, "As you sow, so shall you reap," Or maybe you've been told that your actions have consequences. Well, if you have, you're already on the path to overstanding karma, a concept that has intrigued and mystified people for centuries. Karma plays a big role in our existence as it's the infinite cycle of action and consequence.

Karma, in its simplest form, is cosmic justice. Every action you take, be it big or small, carries an invisible weight. Executed by the Universe, karma, by God's design, is the method for maintaining equilibrium in the grand scheme of life. The weight of our souls is measured by the weight of our hearts. This weight, in the form of energy, can be positive or negative. Whereas positive energy is accumulated by good deeds and living righteously, making the weight of the heart wispy. In contrast, negative energy accumulated by bad deeds and living immorally makes the weight of the heart dense.

From these deeds and unconscious ways of being we influence our present and future experiences. Debt accumulated from the performance of bad deeds, and immoral living in one form of consciousness shall be repaid in another. Positive actions and morality build up good karma, like a savings account that grows with every good deed. This might mean helping a friend in need, giving to a charity, or simply being a kind and compassionate person. The more you deposit, the better your cosmic account balance becomes.

“A weightless soul is a soul free from karmic debt, a soul free from the bondage of death and resurrection here on Earth, a soul that will be welcomed home.” - Asanti Grisolmn

The energy we put out into the world comes back to us, often when we least expect it. If we plant kindness and positivity, we’ll reap the rewards. Conversely, negativity and harm can return to haunt you. In essence, every thought, word, and action you engage in becomes a seed you sow. These seeds, whether they are good or ill, determine the fruits of your future experiences. Karma shows no bias, extending its influence to all individuals, regardless of their wealth, age, or status. It stands as the ultimate equalizing force.

Karma serves as a teacher rather than a punitive force. It's a gentle reminder, signaling, self-efficacy through self-awareness, genuineness, and generosity. Every action we take, whether kind or unkind, has a ripple effect that can impact not just us but also the people and the world around us. This ripple can be seen in how we're treated by others and how our circumstances unfold.

One of the most intriguing aspects of karma is that it doesn't always produce instant results. Unlike a vending machine where you insert a coin and get your snack immediately, karma operates differently. Sometimes, the consequences of your deeds may remain hidden for days, months, or even years before they manifest. But the most beautiful aspect of karma is its ability to grant us the authority to mold our future. By making positive choices and sending out good vibes into the universe, you're essentially creating a brighter future.

But what about those moments when we feel wronged, when it seems like life is dealing us an unfair hand? It's essential to remember that karma isn't about tit-for-tat or vengeance. Those who treat us in unhealthy ways have been bad to themselves. It's our responsibility to influence those around us to be good to themselves by being good to them even after they have mistreated us. It's about learning and growth. Those negative experiences are a karmic reminder that there's room for personal development, a chance to break free from harmful cycles and build a more harmonious life.

Mathematics is the law in which God has written the law of the Universe and we will be held accountable for the things we create, promote, and allow in our lives. Everyone is in the process of balancing their karmic scales.  Karma is spiritual, and everyone carries it forward through time and space, affecting future generations. Hence our behavioral patterns and thinking mechanisms stem from karmic cycles, otherwise known as generational curses, which were left unbroken in our previous existence or lifetimes.

When you do bad things such as oppressing the poor, abusing power, or love, stealing from people, or cheating people, you create bad karma. Even your negative thoughts about others’ such as jealousy and judgmentalness create bad karma and creating bad karma brings bad results. You'll end up in a continuous battle through repetitious karmic cycles that will continue to destroy your close relationships, and enfeeble society, and leave you dwelling in poverty, all while losing your sense of self. When you do good things such as giving love, and compassion to others, being kind and graceful through adversity, and being honest and transparent in your relationships you create good karma. Positive thoughts about others rather than judgmental ones and dwelling in a state of acceptance for all as well as choosing integrity over materialism, and power create good karma and good karma creates even greater results.

Good actions strengthen society, increase our awareness and wisdom, heal our soul, and help us curate positive emotions keeping us in a harmonious balance. Everything that happens to us is a result of the actions we take consciously and unconsciously. So, the next time you're faced with a choice, pause for a moment and think about the ripples it might create in the cosmic ocean. The choice is yours. Remember, overstanding karma isn't about fear or punishment; it's an invitation to embrace mindfulness, compassion, and personal growth.
